Nestled in the heart of Atlantic City, the Showboat building provides an excellent location with the beach, boardwalk, and major attractions like the Lucky Snake arcade, Absecon Lighthouse, and Atlantic City Aquarium all within walking distance. Enjoy the convenience of taxis and rideshare options available at all hours for easy exploration of the city. The property is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and a $500 fine. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. Pets are allowed with a maximum of 2 dogs (40lbs combined) and an additional pet fee based on stay length. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined. Guests must provide a valid photo ID and agree to a rental usage agreement. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays over 30 days require a background and credit check.
