Located in the Showboat building, this condo offers an excellent beachfront location with direct access to the boardwalk. Smoking is prohibited within and outside the condo, including balconies and common areas, with a $500 fine for violations. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the condo is monitored for noise compliance. No parties or outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required for booking, and guests must be at least 22 years old, except for students and interns. Long-term stays over 30 days require a background and credit check.
