The living room is "Huge". This property includes exterior motion sensing property lighting and security cameras for safety and security. We have been professionally managing and maintaining residential rental properties since 1984 in Brighton, vacancies are rare because of the way we work with our tenants, manage and maintain our properties extremely well. We do not charge for application or back ground research fees. A flag pole and flag in the front of the building is enhanced with lighting from dusk to dawn in our appreciation to those who have served and for the respect we have for our country!! Base rent is $1,500.00 per month, security deposit equals the amount of the rent. Additional tenant / pet cost could apply.
