The main level features a master bedroom with a king bed and private full bathroom, a bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with a queen bed, a shared full bathroom, and a full double-size sleeper sofa. The upper level loft, considered a bedroom, includes three queen beds. Utilize the fully stocked kitchen or propane grill to prepare your favorite meals after a long day of adventure and gather around to plan the next day. Key amenities include air conditioning, river access, a propane grill (not available in winter months), some outdoor seating, a foosball table, a pool table in the bonus room off the garage, smart TVs equipped with Roku, a wood-burning fireplace (please bring your own wood), two propane stoves, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a drip coffee pot, an electric hand mixer, and a blender. A Pack-n-Play is available, but please bring your own linens. Located just a 20-minute drive from St. Anthony Sand Dunes and about a 10-minute drive from the nearest grocery store, Broulim's, this home is ideally situated for convenience. Chester Dam Boat Launch is just two miles away, and the West Entrance of Yellowstone is about an hour and 10-minute drive, depending on traffic. The property features a large circular driveway with a two-car garage. The property does not have satellite or dish service, and there is no fire pit. Please do not build your own. No sleeping bags, air mattresses, camping in RVs, or tents are allowed. No pets and no events are permitted, with a maximum occupancy of 10 per local ordinances. In winter, 4-wheel drive, snow tires, and high ground clearance are recommended in snowy conditions. Self check-in is available using the code provided after your scheduled arrival time. Updated and thorough cleaning procedures have been implemented to help keep you and your loved ones safe and healthy.
