The living room is equipped with a massive 65” Smart TV with streaming access, including free SlingTV. The fully equipped kitchen and a gas grill are perfect for preparing meals and cookouts. Early check-in and late checkout are available for an additional fee of $75, subject to availability. Boat slips can be rented for guests with their own watercraft. Located in a quiet, residential, waterfront neighborhood in the Sparrows Point area, this home is just minutes from the Sparrows Point Golf Course, Country Club, and marina. Ample parking is available for up to 3 vehicles, and bicycles can be rented during your stay for added convenience. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM, and parking is limited to the gravel parking area on the property. Pets and parties are not allowed. Guests should lock the home whenever leaving the property and return items to their original place. Rinse off kayaks, paddles, and beach items after use, and clean the gas grill after use. Trash and recycling should be placed in the outdoor bins at the street corner, with trash pickup on Fridays and recycling on Mondays.
