The neighborhood offers great walkability with local eateries, cafes, and bars just a 5-minute walk away on 8th Ave. Public transportation options are plentiful, including MTA buses and Nashville's B-Cycle program. Rideshares like Uber and Lyft are readily available, providing easy access to explore the city. The condo complex, built in the 1950s, reflects its age, and while improvements have been made, it remains a modest building amidst new constructions. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, but potential noise from tenants above and beside you, as well as urban activity, should be expected. A sound machine is provided for your comfort. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out requests cannot be guaranteed.
