The home also includes 2 full private bathrooms with standing showers. The backyard is a private retreat featuring a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with pristine landscaping, fully fenced for your privacy. Free parking is available to guests in the 2-car garage and driveway. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for your use if needed. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Pets should be discussed in advance, and only house-trained pets are allowed. Pet cleaning fees apply. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. A laptop computer is not included. The fireplace is currently inoperable. We offer plenty of body towels for your use, but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.
