We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each extra guest. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. The fireplace is currently inoperable. Noise level monitoring devices are installed to ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. A laptop computer is not included. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to log in with personal accounts.
