The second floor includes the master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms with queen beds, and a hallway full bath. The third floor offers a large open area with two double beds and a private bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, along with a full bath. The backyard boasts a small splash pool and a BBQ pit, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine. Complimentary bikes are available for guests to explore the area. The home can accommodate two parked cars in the driveway and there is street parking available for an additional two vehicles. Please note that boats and RVs are not allowed to be parked on the street. Situated in a picturesque neighborhood, Sol la vie offers easy access to local attractions such as Grayton Beach State Park, Seaside, and Eden Gardens State Park. Enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment at nearby Gulf Place or take a scenic walk along Blue Mountain Beach. The home is also just a 15-minute drive from Destin, providing even more options for exploration and adventure. Guests must be 25 years of age to rent the property. The home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, so loud music or parties are not allowed. No smoking is permitted on the property grounds, including the back and front porches. No pets are allowed unless it is a service pet with pre-approval. The back door has an alarm for safety due to the small splash pool in the backyard. Be aware of wildlife in the area, including bears and other critters, especially during certain seasons. Fresh towels are provided at the beginning of the stay, and there is a washer/dryer on-site. Please do not use towels for makeup removal to avoid fines for ruined towels. Load the dishwasher with any dirty dishes upon checkout and clean the BBQ pit after use.
