The back deck offers outdoor seating, a grill, and overlooks the golf course. Thanks to exclusive local partnerships, discounted tickets to the world-famous Cog Railway as well as 25 pool and gym passes at the fabulous Mountain View Grand Resort and Spa are available. A trash pickup is included with your cleaning fee at the end of your stay. Additional pickups during your stay are available between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm at a cost of $10 per pickup. This home is located next to the Mt. Washington Hotel and minutes away from Bretton Woods Ski Area. This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. It is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am must be followed. Parking is limited to two vehicles at the unit, with overflow parking available at the base of the ski area, 0.9 miles away. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of quiet hours, and a $250 fee for smoking inside the unit. No trash or food is to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. A laptop computer is not included in the home office set-up.
