Great ocean views ! Nice quiet neighborhood. A 3rd bedroom was converted to a sitting room. For 3 people, I would add a barn door to close up the space. It has a closet and is Sliding Door to the rear of the home/. For two people, it would be a nice spot to study, do homework etc.. We can discuss, but there is no Garage access from outside. Laundry , Washer and Dryer are clean and in new condition and are available for use. There is plenty of Parking in the driveway as well as on the street. This is a quiet neighborhood Maximum 3 persons living at this home. Utilities will remain in my name, but will be added to the rent. for the duration of the lease. For College Renters please Note: If parents can make the payments, that would be best. Seeking a co-signer if we can swing it. If we can work this out, I may be able to reduce the rent slightly. Rest is due on the 1st of the month, after 3 days a $50.00 late fee will be charged. This home is increasing in value and and all damage beyond what is noted during move-in will be the deducted from the Deposit.. There is No Smoking inside the home.
