The kitchen at 8 Leisure Lane has been completely remodeled with bright white cabinets and light wood flooring, offering a fresh and modern feel. The living room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, and a wood-burning stove, perfect for cozy evenings. Step outside to the back deck where you can unwind in the private hot tub, enjoy a meal on the patio table, or fire up the gas BBQ for a delightful outdoor dining experience. Rental of this home includes unlimited-use SHARC passes for 8 guests. We allow pets at pet-friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15 per night pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated or kenneled. The property also features a single car garage, 4 adult bikes, and 1 child's bike, though guests are advised to bring their own helmets. Nestled in a quiet area directly between SHARC and Fort Rock Park, this home offers a peaceful retreat while being just a 3-5 minute walk from Sunriver Village Mall. Here, you'll find shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and a day spa. The Meadows Golf Course and Woodlands Golf Course are conveniently located on either side of the home, making it an ideal spot for golf enthusiasts. Guests will receive a separate rental agreement that must be electronically signed before your stay. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $15 per night fee, but they are not allowed on the bedding or furniture and must be crated if left alone. The home is non-smoking and parties are not permitted.
