The fully equipped kitchen and dining area for six make it perfect for enjoying meals together. This condo features a fully equipped kitchen with seating for six at the dining table, making it ideal for family meals. The living space extends to a spacious balcony, offering a serene view of the Intracoastal Waterway. Beach supplies, including chairs, a cooler, raft float items, and beach towels, are provided for your convenience. The community boasts the largest pool on the Key, along with private beach access to Crescent Beach across the street. The resort allows a maximum of two cars, which must be registered with the front office during office hours. Enjoy access to an Olympic-size pool, three lighted tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, a community BBQ area, individual picnic areas along the canal, an exercise room, and his and hers saunas. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on each floor. Please note that the kayak launch is currently closed. Located in a gated community, The Anchorage Resort provides easy access to the Siesta Key Trolley with free pickup at the resort entrance. Enjoy a short walk to Crescent Beach, Daiquiri Deck South Siesta Key, and Toasted Mango Cafe. Siesta Key Village and Publix at Sarasota Pavilion are just a trolley ride away, while Marie Selby Botanical Gardens and Sarasota Bradenton Airport are within a short drive. The lead guest must be 25 years or older, with ID checked upon registration. The property is smoke-free and pet-free for your comfort. Rentals from January 1 to April 16 require a 7-night minimum stay, beginning and ending on Saturday. Complimentary WiFi is provided, along with towels and linens. A starter welcome packet with basic supplies is included, but guests are responsible for replenishing these items. A laptop computer is not included.
