After returning from golf or other events you will have the perfect home to relax and get away from the crowds. Bike paths, nearby tennis courts and upscale dining makes this home ideal for all ages. To get there use Jefferson which turns into PGA Blvd, follow it all of the way to the Arnold Palmer Security Gate. Once past the gate, you will see the property on your left hand side just past the community pool. Please leave the trash on the side of the home, we pay a company to pick the trash up on the side of the home. Trash pickup in on Monday mornings around 6am. If you have time please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry, if you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries. Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access. The golf course is private property, if you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course, the HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing. NOTE: (Rates will vary by month.
