Smoking is not permitted within or outside of this property, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. One towel per guest per stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Includes a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, smart TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee.
