This nice first floor 2-3 bedroom apartment is at the top of the East End and offers beautiful hardwood floors, large (eat in) kitchen, 2 separate living rooms, great sun (more in winter when sun is low, we are on the "sunny side of the street"), private entrance, close to Eastern Prom. We're looking for people who have an organized lifestyle and who would enjoy living in a quiet adult building. Laundry with washer and dryer (shared) and some dedicated storage in basement. PLEASE NOTE: If you want to view this place and meet me, please include the following information in your reply: * a brief bio including at least the following: * Number in household, adults and youngsters, and ages (who will be living there?) * Specifics of employment * Your need for mid-term housing I am asking this to determine before devoting time to a viewing.,etc., if we may be a good fit. Thanks for your understanding and I look forward to finding my new neighbor. We will require excellent recent references, security deposit, and cleaning fee. Looking for people who can take care with the house and furniture. If you want to bring a dog, this is on a case by case basis, there is a significant pet deposit, and need for references for the pet. No cats, sorry. If we are ready to rent to you (references check out, etc.), we will require a full application. LEASE TERM and COST: 8-9 months (Sept through April or May) at $2500 per month for two residents, or $2800 for three residents, plus electricity.
