This is a temporary listing, as the owners will be returning at the end of the year, so you’ll be staying in a space that’s truly lived-in, loved, and thoughtfully designed. The home is fully baby-proofed, making it a safe and welcoming space for families traveling with little ones. The home features high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, a smart TV with streaming services, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, microwave, and essential cooking tools. Enjoy quality linens and towels, a dedicated workspace for remote work or studying, and the convenience of a washer and dryer. Air conditioning and heating ensure comfort year-round, and free parking is available on the premises. Garage parking is not included per owner request. Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, the home offers the perfect blend of suburban serenity and convenient access to everything you need. Located in the heart of Loves Park, it sits in a well-maintained community known for its welcoming atmosphere, tree-lined streets, and pride of ownership. You'll enjoy easy access to nearby parks, local shopping, and dining options. The area is ideal for families, professionals, and anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with a strong sense of community. Free parking on-site and easy access to major roads including Alpine Road and North Second Street. Downtown Rockford is 10 minutes by car, Chicago O'Hare Airport is 90 minutes away, and Rockford City Lines provides local bus service with rideshare services readily available. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. All guests must agree to the house rules before or during their stay as this is a residential neighborhood. There is a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort allowed. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be terminated immediately. Smoking inside or outside on the patio or balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Unapproved parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $100.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This home is equipped with noise detection monitors. Unauthorized animal or pet fee is $250.00. Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Please leave all sheets on the bed. We emphasize not to start any laundry. If linens are laundered by guests and subsequently damaged, we regretfully must charge for their replacement. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property, can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and or eviction from the property. Includes a dedicated workspace for remote work or studying.
