INSIDE THE HOME This complete resort-feel home features a main floor bedroom and a full bathroom, five bedrooms upstairs, with a master bedroom and a huge master bathroom. It has a very functional and comfortable living space and a very well-appointed kitchen. There's tile flooring in the living room, dining room, and family room, as well as in all wet areas. The oversized 2-car garage has been converted into a Star Wars Movie and Game Room for tons of enjoyment and has a separate air conditioner for those hot days. We even have an Xbox One and a Nintendo Switch for more family fun. Windsor Hills is a guard-gated community located just a few minutes away from I-4 and Disney! Although there are other modes of transportation, a private vehicle is best. AROUND THE COMMUNITY The property is centrally located to all the amenities in the community. Each amenity can be accessed by simply walking within the community. A detailed map of the community will be provided upon your stay. Other things to note Free high-speed wireless WIFI access is available throughout the house, extending into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is available throughout the property, and Netflix is available in all rooms. Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. We allow only 2 cars to be parked in the driveway. If you need additional parking, we have overflow parking in the community. Please leave the trash in the container by the front door. The trash must be bagged and will be picked up each day. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you have time to start one load of laundry, that's great. If not, no worries. Pool heating must be requested prior to arrival. The pool heating fee is per day and must be for consecutive days. Any guests not listed on the lease for the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house, as well as a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access. Thank you!
