Located in desirable Building A, this townhome enjoys stunning ocean views and Kona sunsets. This gorgeous condo will take two small pets, please inquire for more information. This townhome offers lovely ocean views from almost every room and both covered lanais. The kitchen was renovated a few years ago and the central AC was replaced in the last few years as well. Quartz and granite countertops, large bedrooms, both with en-suite full baths, and a second half bath near the kitchen make the unit easy to live in. It comes fully equipped with cable TV in the living room and both bedrooms, and WiFi as well. Although there is a garage attached to the unit, there is no garage parking available. However, storage of bikes and other items in the garage is an option. Na Hale O Keauhou is one of Kona’s premier communities and offers resort-style amenities including a luxurious pool and spa, guest clubhouse and fitness facility, guest pavilion, gated entry, beautiful landscaping, and ample guest parking in a well-designed layout. This location is conveniently close to shopping, snorkeling, surfing and walking, and there is easy access to the Keauhou Shopping Center. Na Hale O Keauhou is a perfect location to get up and down the Kona coastline and experience the array of ocean activities available. Just a couple minutes to the north is Kahalu’u Beach Park, one the best snorkeling and surfing spots on the Big Island. A few minutes further north is Magic Sands, known for body surfing, boogie boarding or just relaxing at the beach. For land lovers, Alii Drive just outside the complex is one of Kona’s most popular stretches for runners, walkers and bicyclists, and is well-known for being the start of the marathon leg of the Ironman World Championship. For golfers, the Keauhou Country Club is a 5-minute drive to the south, and for the anglers Kona is famous for its world class deep sea fishing. The nearby Keauhou Shopping Center offers several restaurants, cinemas, groceries, drug store, clothing and other shopping. Traveling along the ocean up Alii Drive to the north, you will find downtown Kailua-Kona with more restaurants & shopping and Kailua Bay. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: • GET (General Excise Tax) will be added to the monthly rent amount. • Monthly RENT plus GET includes water, trash, basic cable, and internet. Electric and phone are tenant’s responsibility. • Unit will be professionally cleaned upon move in and needs to be in the same condition upon move out with our cleaners, as well as carpet and upholstery, if furnished. • Any fines and/or infractions for violations against House Rules are at the tenant’s expense. • Two small pets are allowed, please inquire for details. • No smoking, including medical marijuana, or illegal drugs are allowed in/on the property or lanais and are grounds for immediate eviction. • Security deposit is one month’s rent.
