The administrative fee is $56.50 with taxes one time per stay. The resort fee is $40.00 per night plus tax. The building offers valet parking only. Overnight guests pay $42.80 per night for regular vehicles and $84.00 per night for large vehicles. The pet fee is $100 one time per stay. Resort services include pool and beach towels, access to the gym, a rooftop pool, yoga classes, 2 complimentary beach chairs, and bicycle rental with the first hour free for up to 2 bicycles.
