Summerlin is clean, quiet, family-friendly, and centrally located on beautiful Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach. Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach is minutes from Destin, approximately 7 miles away, and a short 15-20 minutes from Fort Walton Airport (VPS), where Allegiant, Delta, Southwest, and American airlines fly daily. Check-in starts at 4 pm, with some properties qualifying for early check-in at 1 pm for $50 plus tax, subject to availability. Check-out is at 10 am, with some properties qualifying for a late check-out at 1 pm for $50 plus tax, subject to availability. Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit, although children are always welcome with their parents. Strict maximum occupancy rules apply, and babies, infants, and children are included in occupancy. Due to severe allergies, no animals or pets of any kind are allowed, except for a registered service dog. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, candles, incense, or open flames are allowed in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
