Application fee is $51 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). Please check our website for more information on approval criterion. There is a $112 leasing fee charge. Pets considered on a case by case basis, extra rent and deposit would apply. All flooring is brand new, and the walls are freshly painted.
