Free parking is available with a double garage and driveway space. Additional street parking is also an option. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests at $29 per night per guest. Centrally located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, North Richland Hills is a vibrant community with convenient access to all that the region offers. Recognized as one of the top 10 best neighborhoods in DFW, it offers attractions like the NRH2O Family Water Park, Adventure World, and nearby parks. For those exploring further, Fort Worth Water Gardens, Sundance Square, and Six Flags Over Texas are just a short drive away. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus cleaning costs. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is wood-burning, but guests are asked to refrain from using it without prior approval. Body towels are provided, but guests should bring their own pool towels. Small gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, ensuring you stay connected whether for work or leisure.
