The family bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a utility room with washer, dryer, utility sink, and storage. The 2-car garage includes built-in storage shelves and a second refrigerator. There's a very small fenced yard off the East side of the garage. Rent is $1,750 per month and includes water, sewer, and yard care. One small pet is possible on a case-by-case basis with additional $500 security deposit and $25 per month pet rent. First and last month rent, and $1,750 security deposit are required upfront. We are looking for responsible tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least $5,000 per month.
