The Holiday House features a well-stocked kitchen with a drip coffee maker, French press, Keurig, and Nespresso Coffee Maker, along with coffee bar syrups, a hot water kettle, crockpot, blender, hand mixer, pots, trays, spices, and an ice maker. Relax in the primary suite with a king bed, or choose from the other bedrooms with queen and twin beds, ensuring comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. While pets are not allowed at the property, guests can enjoy the private dock with uncovered storage and tie-up space for boats, two kayaks with paddles, and ample space for two boat trailers. The campground next door offers additional amenities for a small fee. Conveniently located just 8 minutes from I-85, The Holiday House is 22 minutes from Clemson University and 20 minutes from Anderson University. Grocery stores are a mere 5 minutes away, and the nearby campground offers access to a swimming pool, beach, putt-putt, basketball, and boat launch for a small fee. Explore local dining options such as Sullivan's Metropolitan Grill, AJ's Bar and Grill, and Tilly's Tiki Bar & Grill, all within a short drive. Park by the storage garage to avoid falling tree limbs, and be cautious of the tree hazard near the dock. Avoid running the washer/dryer between 3–6 PM to manage power usage. No fireworks are allowed, and exterior security cameras are located at the driveway, front door, and dock. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am to respect the neighbors. Check-in instructions will be provided with a code, and a car is recommended for your stay. A remote work-friendly environment is provided with a 65” smart TV and various games, books, and puzzles for entertainment during downtime. Be mindful of the local wildlife, including "Harry the Heron" and other critters near the water and woods. Exercise caution around the lake property due to uneven surfaces, slopes, and steps, especially with younger children. Swim at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty, and avoid diving near the dock due to an underwater tree.
