The open kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, and coffee makers. Gather around the farmhouse-style table with seating for eight or enjoy a quick bite at the breakfast bar. Optional amenities include a 6-passenger golf cart rental for easy beach access. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent from a local service. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $200 non-refundable fee for up to two house-trained dogs. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Nestled in the gated community of Paradise Retreat, this home offers private beach access just 300 yards away. Explore nearby restaurants within walking distance or take advantage of ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft for further destinations. Grocery delivery is also available, making it easy to enjoy your stay without the need for a car. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Parking is limited to three vehicles in the driveway, with no street or trailer parking allowed. Noise ordinances are strictly enforced at 10:00 PM, and parties or excessive noise are not permitted. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart, and pool heating is not available. A full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use, along with an ironing board and iron.
