This 3 bed 2 bath apartment is available May 1! It’s been a great apartment for us, it was brand new when we moved there in August. We’re moving for work and so looking to sell the rest of our lease. Lease will be May 1 to August 31, with the option to renew. Super close to Utah Lake, it’s been a great place to live! Access to pickleball/basketball courts, clubhouse, pool, and playgrounds. Managed my Realty Advantage, they’ve been super easy to work with. Comes unfurnished, except for kitchen appliances which are new. Has washer/dryer hookups, and a garage with a door directly into the apartment (since it’s on the first floor), and a back patio as well. Must pass a background check and fill out an application.
