Plenty of room to park two vehicles in the carport All electric and plumbing are in perfect condition. The roof is solid with no leaks. The park has a community center and HEATED SWIMMING POOL and is MOTORCYCLE FRIENDLY. Included in the rent is sewer, water, lawn maintenance, rent paid to the park, garbage pickup twice a week and use of the pool and clubhouse. The people in this park are very friendly and there are many planned social events at the clubhouse for you to enjoy if you want to join in. You pay for electric and cable, tv and phone.
