You must have a governmental issued photo identification. (State Driver’s License, Passport) You must have a social Security Card or TIN. We do not accept felony convictions for manufacturing an illegal substance, drug possession, or for bodily harm or injury. You must make two and one-half times the amount of rent monthly to qualify. Some pets may be allowed with additional deposits, documentation and rents may be required. The occupancy limits for this property are two persons per bedroom plus one. Our office does not accept incomplete applications. All applicants must see the property before applying. Processing time for completed applications can take up to three business days. If a co-signer is required to approve the application, the co-signer must meet the above criteria with the following changes: the FICO score must be 700 or higher and the monthly income requirements are five times the amount of the rent.
