Utilities (water, electric, trash, WiFi, lawn care, pest control) are paid for by the property manager and billed monthly at 30% of the actual cost. A refundable $400 security deposit, $200 for month 1 utilities, and 1st month's rent ($1,600 total) are all that is needed to move in (for applicants meeting desired criteria)! Pets are allowed, but an additional, nonrefundable $200 security deposit will be required (exceptions for certain pets available).
