The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a coffee station, and dining space for casual meals. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $300 per pet per stay, with approval required for one dog under 30 lbs. Ample street parking is available for guests. Situated in a prime location, this home is central yet peaceful, nestled in a historic, tree-lined neighborhood perfect for dog walking. Enjoy a short walk to local favorites like Pinky's Westside Grill and Town Brewing Co., and easy access to attractions such as the Discovery Place Museum, NASCAR Hall of Fame, and the Convention Center. The property is less than a mile from Bank of America Stadium and just five minutes from Uptown Charlotte. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in the house or garage, with a $500 fine for deep cleaning if evidence is found. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and guests must not be disruptive to neighbors. No events or drop-by guests are allowed without prior permission, and complaints may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. The property features a Ring doorbell camera and two additional exterior cameras for security purposes, all of which are visible and record video and audio during reservations. Easy check-in and check-out are facilitated with a personal door code, and guests have access to one side of the duplex and the backyard.
