Coffee lovers will appreciate the Nespresso and Keurig machines, complete with complimentary coffee pods, alongside all the cookware, dishware, and essentials for easy living. The spacious living and dining area includes a cozy sleeper sofa, a 55-inch smart TV, and a farmhouse-style dining table for eight. The main floor offers three bedrooms: a king, queen, and a bunk room with a twin XL over queen bed, a full bathroom, and half bathroom. Each bedroom includes a smart TV, nightstands with sleep machines, and closet space. Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided for your convenience. Downstairs, the finished basement rec room is perfect for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a 70-inch smart TV, sound bar, foosball table, and a large sofa. Additional entertainment options include books, games, and DVDs, along with an extra dining table, seating for eight, for crafts or board games. Laundry is easy with a PureWash Pro activated oxygen washer, eliminating the need for bleach, detergent, and fabric softeners. Outside, unwind in the private backyard with a gated privacy fence, terraced patio, and hot tub. The outdoor area includes a gas fire pit, pergola with a dining space, bar, grill, fan, and café lighting. An outdoor heated shower is also available seasonally. This home provides the ideal set-up for a comfortable short-term or long-term stay, with all the comforts and conveniences you need for relaxation and enjoyment. A total of four cars are allowed in the designated private parking spots at any time, including visitors, with street parking not permitted. Overflow parking is available two miles away. The property requires a minimum stay of two nights, with observed holidays requiring a three-night minimum. The licensee must be at least 30 years of age, and no high school, college, after-prom party, or any other underage groups are allowed. No bachelor or similar groups are permitted. Additional guest fees apply for more than six people, at $25 per person per night. No illegal, dangerous, or non-family oriented activities or items are permitted, including underage drinking, illegal narcotics, strippers, beach fires, kegs, deep fryers, fireworks, and other flammable items. No commercial or retail entities or third-party service providers are allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside or within 15 feet of any open door or window, with a $1,000 fine for violations. A total of four cars are allowed in the designated private parking spots at any time, including visitors, with street parking not permitted. Overflow parking is available two miles away. Maximum occupancy is 14 individuals, not including children under two years of age. Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM, and parties, events, lack of decorum, and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. If neighbors are disturbed, the tenant may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund. Outdoor music is not permitted after 9 PM. Small wireless Bluetooth speakers are allowed except during quiet hours. Tampering with noise monitoring devices is strictly prohibited and will result in a $350 fine. An additional charge of $10.50 per night applies for stays over seven nights. The licensee agrees to identity verification and a background check performed by a trusted partner. High-speed Wi-Fi and a Nest thermostat ensure comfortable living. The home includes five smart TVs with live streaming and Roku for entertainment.
