WEEKLY CLEANING FEE IS INCLUDED IN RENT AND PROVIDES CLEANING AS WELL AS SHEETS WASHED/DRIED AND BED CHANGED AS WELL AS TOWELS. Garbage, Water, Landscaping, Snow Removal included. NorthWest Energy Utility is not included – Gas Heat, Air Condition and Lights Private ground floor entrance with one flight of stairs up to apartment. Turn Key furnished home with contemporary furnishings and fixtures, including a fully functional kitchen with most appliances needed, dishes, pots and pans, linens in kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms, hardwood and tile floors, Ikea cabinetry, master bath has a rain shower and hand shower with walk in closet and washer and dryer, 2nd Bedroom bathroom has tub/shower with a hand shower. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment on the second floor. It will accommodate 4 people, 2 queen beds in each bedroom, no smoking, no pets and no additional guests. Parking - is on Hickory to the east of the unit, 703 parking is closest to the garbage and recycle bins to the south theses are shared with our downstairs tenants, their parking is more north at their entry. TV and Internet - are available to you, it is free tv and we have left a list of the channels that are available. TV is a smart tv if you know what that is and can use it? Washer and Dryer - are in the closet area and directions on how to use will be on shelf next to them by the window. If your stay has just begun and you need to wash clothes the washer is quite efficient, normally 2 peoples clothes when traveling will need small short loads, with small cap full of detergent. Same with dryer probably won’t need much time on the dryer either. When you go out press the Schlage insignia on the keypad and this will lock the door the green check mark on the bottom left will indicate its locked.
