This apartment provides everything you need to feel at home during your stay, and is family-friendly with pets welcome for a fee. This apartment offers an unparalleled experience with its massive wrap-around porch, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or a book. The spacious living room features high ceilings, a sofa bed, chairs, and a large Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances and cookware needed to prepare meals at home. The master suite boasts a king-size bed and a full bathroom that also opens to the living room, while upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms with full-size beds and a half bathroom. An in-unit washer and dryer are also provided. Plenty of street parking is available in the front or side of the house, along with a shared parking lot in the rear of the property. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee, and they must be crated when left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning fees may apply if there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home. Situated in a walkable neighborhood, this apartment is close to downtown, the Riverwalk, convention center, theater, and all of downtown Columbus's restaurants and bars. It's only 15 minutes to Fort Moore, offering a very quiet and residential area where you can rest easy knowing that you and your friends and family are safe and secure. The apartment is part of an old historic duplex, so there may be guests in the front unit, but each unit is fully separate. Guests will have full access to the front apartment. The door has a code for maximum privacy and flexibility. A signed rental agreement is required, and guests must be 21 years of age to book. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and additional cleaning fees may apply for pet-related issues.
