The queen bedroom offers a cozy retreat, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds, ideal for kids or friends traveling together. Additionally, there is a Level 2 EV charger in the garage for guest use. The townhome includes a large 2-car garage with plenty of room for vehicles, gear, and outdoor equipment. In winter, experience the best powder skiing and snowboarding at Grand Targhee Resort and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, or enjoy snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in Teton Valley. The townhome is minutes from Driggs for dining, groceries, and local shops, and close to Grand Targhee for both summer and winter activities. Grand Teton National Park is a 53-minute drive, and Yellowstone National Park's South Entrance is just over two hours away. Guests are expected to treat the home as if it were their own and be respectful of the rules, neighbors, and local community. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. Smoking or vaping in the home or on the decks is prohibited, and an additional charge will be applied if any butts are found on the property. Exterior lights should be turned off at night to preserve the dark skies. A maximum of two licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. Snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs are not permitted in the subdivision or at the rental property. Candles or incense should not be burned in the home, and fireworks are not allowed on the premises. All main entry doors should be locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations, including but not limited to smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules, and failure to vacate at check-out time, with a minimum $500 fine for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time. The primary bedroom includes a dedicated workspace with a desk and computer monitor, perfect for remote work or catching up on emails after a day of adventure. A laptop computer is not included.
