The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, dual wine fridges, and a Keurig Nespresso coffee bar. An additional full kitchen is available in the Coach House for flexible meal prep and convenience. Cookware, utensils, dinnerware, glasses, and more are provided. Private driveway with room for 8 cars and overflow parking located nearby. Dog-friendly with up to five dogs allowed, additional fees apply. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional charge. Just steps from the front door, explore the scenic hiking trails of the National Park, take a 10-minute stroll to the semi-private sugar-sand beach, and enjoy a variety of local restaurants, shopping, and activities. No high school, college, after-prom party, or any other underage groups allowed. No bachelor or similar groups permitted. No illegal, dangerous, or non-family oriented activities or items are permitted. No commercial or retail entities or third-party service providers are allowed. No smoking inside or anywhere within 15 feet of any open door or window, with a $1000 fine for violations. Excessive cleaning, if required, is billed at $35 per hour. Repairs due to damages are $45 per hour. Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM. Parties, events, lack of decorum, and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. Outdoor music is not permitted after 9 PM. Small, wireless Bluetooth speakers are permitted except during quiet hours. Tampering with monitoring devices is strictly prohibited and will result in a $350 fine. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, ensuring you stay connected whether for work or leisure.
