Enjoy a steam shower, cedar sauna, indoor jetted tub, wood-burning stove, and a rec room with a built-in wet-bar and foosball table. Smart TVs, indoor and outdoor Bluetooth speakers, and high-speed Wi-Fi are available for your entertainment. The property features 2000 sq. ft. multi-level decks, a 7-person hot tub, a pro-sand volleyball court, outdoor dining, a fire pit, a grill, and a heated outdoor shower. Parking is available for 6 cars in the driveway, with overflow parking free and available nearby. Outdoor music is not permitted after 9PM. Small wireless Bluetooth speakers are allowed except during quiet hours. Tampering with monitoring devices is strictly prohibited and will result in a $350 fine. No smoking is allowed inside or within 15 feet of any open door or window, with a $1000 fine for violations. Parking on the street is not permitted.
