The slimline radiator heat is INCLUDED but YOU set the temperature to your personal preference because every apartment has its own thermostat. Our attractive, well-maintained building is family owned and managed, and we take pride in our property. You will not be dealing with a large rental company. The building features: --elevator --a large storage locker for each apartment, included in the rent --laundry facilities in the building --caretaker on site --this is a NO SMOKING building Walk to the Lake Michigan, or to Pandl's for lunch or dinner. Fast and easy access to I-43, Bayshore Town Center shopping mall, and all the businesses and services on Port Washington Road. Whitefish Bay Middle School and High School are within few blocks. This highly desirable residential neighborhood is close to everything you need and want! We proudly adhere to all equal housing laws. We conduct a standard reference and credit check on all applicants (there is a minimum credit requirement of 605). Your cat is welcome for an additional, fully refundable security deposit. Sorry, we are unable to accept dogs. Caged pets such as birds, reptiles or bunnies are welcome without an additional deposit. Thank you for taking the time to look at our apartment.
