Long driveway to park additonal vehicles and off street parking. I am the only other person that would be living in the home. I would like to just see 1 person or a couple move in. House has ice cold central air and instant gas heat. Everything is included in rent. water, landscape, internet, power. no other fees or anything you need to worry about. Nice sized room. Brand new carpet throughout the home. House is a newer built home. This is my personal home you will be living in. I am rarely home and easy going. Male, 32, I am single with no kids. I live a very active lifestyle and planning to spend Fall/Winter traveling so you will pretty much have a house to yourself. Short term or long term lease welcome. Im poen to all ideas. Male or female welcome to rent the room. I would allow an animal. Additional $100 a month animal rent and $500 deposit.
