Subsequently, hired as an Assistant Manager, quickly promoted to Property Manager, and then Regional Manager, while employed by Atlantic & Pacific Management from 2003 to 2006. Throughout the three years with Atlantic & Pacific, David's dedication and hard work earned him the honor of Employee of the Year in 2005 while overseeing a portfolio of over 3,000 units throughout Florida. In 2004, he was awarded Property Manager of the Year while successfully managing The Enclave at Naples through lease up and then through a condo-conversion. Before forming Parkline, David held the positions of Vice President of Association Management with Apogee Residential in 2006 and also served as President of AIM Companies from 2006 to 2010.
