The fully equipped kitchen includes a dedicated coffee bar, stocked with coffee, creamer, syrup, and sugar for your convenience and delight. The property offers inviting front porch seating for laid-back mornings or evenings and a shared fenced backyard for a pleasant space to unwind. Off-street parking is available for two cars, plus an additional space within the shared garage. For pet owners, a maximum of two dogs is allowed with a $125 flat fee. Requests for a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. This rental is ideally situated just minutes from Bedford Reservation, Bridal Veil Falls, and Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Whether you're unwinding at home or exploring the parks, history, and scenic treasures of Bedford and the surrounding region, you'll find plenty to enjoy. Noise should be kept to a minimum when outside, with quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation, but is permitted outside. Underage drinking, drug use, parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Violating house rules or those of the OTA community may result in immediate eviction without a refund for unused nights. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, with reimbursement available upon receipt. For charcoal grills, guests should bring their own charcoal. Shoes should be removed indoors to help keep the home clean. A short list of optional checkout steps is provided, which is appreciated but not mandatory. Includes an adjacent office space on the third floor, ideal for working or studying comfortably. A laptop computer is not included.
