The living room is furnished with a sectional and Smart TV, and there's an office space plus a washer/dryer. Unit Two offers 3 bedrooms all with queen-size beds, 1 full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bar seating, and a coffee bar with similar amenities. It also includes a living room with a sectional and Smart TV, office space, and a washer/dryer. The property offers driveway parking for up to 4 cars and a 2-car garage. Pets are welcome with a maximum of 2 dogs for a $125 flat fee. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats allowed. This property combines the comfort of two private homes with the convenience of staying together under one roof—ideal for family gatherings, business travel groups, or friends exploring the Cleveland area. Just minutes from Bedford Reservation, Bridal Veil Falls, and Cuyahoga Valley National Park, you’ll be close to beautiful trails, waterfalls, and local attractions. Keep noise to a minimum when outside as decibel readers are used to monitor levels. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. No smoking inside the house with a $500 fine for violation, but smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking, drug use, parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Violation of house rules or those of the community will result in immediate eviction without refund. Shoes should be removed indoors to keep the home clean, and a short list of optional checkout steps is provided to help prepare for the next guest.
