The condo is equipped with every necessity and convenience for up to four guests, including a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing island feasts sourced from the nearby crop-to-table Farmer's Market. Enjoy the prevailing trades from the privacy of your lanai with your morning coffee or afternoon beverage before a sunset walk on the beach. The living room and bedroom TVs offer an array of premium cable channels, and beach gear such as Tommy Bahama chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and beach towels are provided. While the pool at Kihei Bay Vista will be closed for resurfacing from June 3, 2024, until June 21, 2024, guests can enjoy the fresh-water pool and Jacuzzi when available. The property is conveniently located near a store and a few restaurants, yet wonderfully removed from the high-density tourist rush. Sugar Beach, just across the street, spans six miles and invites secluded exploration. You might spot sea turtles, exotic bird life, seals, and whales right off the shoreline during the winter season. Lightning-fast internet keeps you connected, or you can choose to disconnect completely. Protecting our guests is a priority, so our cleaning team requires sufficient time to properly sanitize and prepare accommodations. Early arrivals or late departures cannot be accommodated, and for late flights, booking an extra night is recommended.
