Minimum rental age of 21 years old. No smoking and no parties or events. Check-in time is 4:00 PM EST and check-out is 10:00 AM EST. Hourly rates may apply for early check-in or late check-out at $25 per hour. A comprehensive guest list and identification verification are mandatory for a confirmed reservation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival. Current HOA restriction for no pets, but check back soon as we hope to be able to host them soon, it's up for board review.
