There are three other bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, one with a queen bed, and the last bedroom features a twin trundle bed. Perfect for families or groups needing plenty of sleeping space. There is a ring doorbell on the front door that monitors and records video. Be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. Decibel readers track noise levels outside and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice.
