The third bedroom is perfect for kids or young adults, with a twin bunk bed. The living room offers additional sleeping space with a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen or fire up the charcoal grilling area for an outdoor cookout. For added convenience, this condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Step outside to the beachfront and soak up the sun with free beach service, which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella, seasonal from March 1st to October 31st. Guest stays over 27 days are excluded from this package. Some properties may qualify for early check-in of 1 pm for $50 plus tax, subject to availability. Sea Dunes offers a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere, just 7 miles from Destin and a short 15-20 minute drive from Fort Walton Airport (VPS), served by Allegiant, Delta, Southwest, and American Airlines. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit, although children are always welcome with their parents. The property has a strict maximum occupancy policy, and babies, infants, and children are included in occupancy. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, candles, incense, or open flames are allowed in the unit or on the balcony or patio. Due to severe allergies, there are absolutely no animals or pets of any kind allowed, with the exception of a registered service dog. A signed rental agreement is required for all bookings and must be electronically signed within 48 hours of booking.
