Situated in a tranquil, pedestrian cul-de-sac just west of La Jolla Blvd., stroll the 1 1/4 blocks to Windansea beach in about 3 minutes or to any number of great neighborhood cafes and restaurants. Pacific Beach is just a 10-minute drive, La Jolla Shores about the same, Downtown San Diego and the Airport, about 20 minutes and so on. To the north, UCSD, Scripps Institute of Oceanography, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Delmar, and the shopping mecca of UTC – all a quick drive away. At close to 300 sq. feet, the finished and furnished roof-deck is a luxurious retreat with open-water vistas as far as the eye can see. Living Room – Main Level. A super comfortable and functional space incorporating recessed entertainment alcove with high-def smart TV, gas fireplace and built-in mirrored alcove with lower storage and upper display shelving for books, wine, photos, etc. Palm-tree views from westerly windows and over-sized entry panes. Natural light diffused through glass-block accents. Furnishings include sleek sectional, ceramic & oak coffee table, armchair and end-tables. An attractive powder room between living room and kitchen brings added convenience to the main floor. Kitchen – Main Level. Stainless appliances highlight the glossy white cabinets and ocean-blue counter-tops for a colorful, contemporary and highly functional kitchen. Appliances include stacked oven-microwave combo, a separate smaller microwave, Bosch dishwasher, large side-by-side refrigerator with water filter / dispenser & icemaker, toaster, InstantPot, Nespresso machine, and small food processor. All cookware, glassware, dishware and utensils are provided. And still, another bonus view looking out on neighboring palm trees and mountains. Dining Room – Main Level. A Weber natural gas grill that eliminates gas-tanks makes outdoor cooking efficient and painless. Garage – Lower Level. Laundry alcove with washer / dryer, ample storage shelves and cabinets for personal and sporting gear and plenty of room for one or two vehicles depending upon size.
