You'll also have access to your own, locked storage unit in the basement and also, two cedar closets in the basement, also locked, for winter clothes storage. Water, sewer, trash AND heat are all included with your rent! Minimum 1-year lease required. One month's rent security deposit required. First and last month's rent will also be required.
