This urban condo is one block to 1-15 Fifth North Freeway entrance and is across the street from the new Marmalade Library, with shops, condos and boutiques. There is assigned parking. The community is well maintained. OCCUPANCY LIMITS - 2 Persons per Bedroom. No more than 3 unrelated adults. IDENTIFICATION - State and or federal identification will be required at lease up.
