Broadway is a 6-7 block walk and there are some great restaurants and coffee shops within a couple blocks, such as Pinewood Social, Husk, and Crema Coffee. This location is walkable or a very short Uber to anything downtown including the Nissan Stadium and the Gulch. Other notable Nashville neighborhoods are just minutes away by car or Uber. The building is up against a freeway. With all the doors and windows shut you can barely hear the traffic, but very light sleepers should be aware. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Renters must be at least 21 years of age, and guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
