This thoughtfully designed two-bedroom unit is your personal slice of paradise, featuring a plush king-size bed, a full kitchen, and a cozy dining space—perfect for enjoying your fresh catch of the day. With speedy Wi-Fi and refreshing air conditioning, you’ll stay as chill as the ocean breeze. Kickstart your day with a 2-minute stroll to the beach, and all the essentials are waiting—beach chairs, umbrellas, and carts to make your seaside lounging effortless. After soaking up the sun, wander just six blocks to downtown Cocoa Beach, buzzing with lively restaurants, cool bars, and fun local attractions. You’ll have full access to your private unit and shared outdoor amenities. Complimentary beach equipment is provided for guests to enjoy during their stay. All beach gear is communal and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are kindly asked to return items after use so everyone can enjoy them. Beach equipment is not guaranteed, so if you have specific needs, bringing your own is recommended. Mid-term cleaning services are offered to keep your unit fresh throughout your stay. A laptop computer is not included. Mailbox access is not available for guests. All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, an initial stock of essentials is provided, including paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, light cleaning supplies, garbage bags, sponges, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs. If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. No laundry soap is provided.
